Job Description
Join our team at Lincoln Tech in Grand Prairie, TX, where we're searching for a dedicated Maintenance Professional to maintain the high standards of our facilities.
This role involves timely response to work orders, addressing maintenance issues, and completing assigned projects efficiently.
If you have experience in apartment maintenance and are passionate about ensuring a safe and well-functioning environment for students and staff, this opportunity is for you.
Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience / training
- General handyman experience, including general knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and building trades.
Responsibilities
- Perform all types of routine maintenance work
- Service onsite equipment and machinery
- Conduct monthly maintenance and safety checks in buildings, and of machinery and equipment
- Respond to after-hours maintenance calls, when required
- Perform inventory control and tracking
Additional Requirements
- Ability to transport, handle and / or lift up to 75lbs.
- Valid Driver's License
